Absolutely! We value your input and will work closely with you to ensure we capture every important moment and shot that reflects your vision. Throughout the planning process, we leverage our custom in-house software to gain a deep understanding of your preferences, from photography style to editing choices. This allows us to create a final product that’s perfectly tailored to your expectations, just as you imagined. 

Lenshot features a highly skilled photographer, capable of capturing a wide range of events and functions. You can view our photographer on the team page for more details. The sooner you book, the greater your chances of securing the photographer.

Yes, we provide a written contract for all our services. This ensures that all details regarding your event, including pricing, deliverables, and timelines, are clearly outlined and agreed upon. The contract helps protect both parties and ensures that everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.

To secure our photo and video services, bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your event or session. Reservations made within the 72-hour window may be subject to cancellation based on availability. However, if all available time slots are already booked, please feel free to reach out via email, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

We offer a variety of payment methods, including bank transfer, Interac transfer, cash, cheque, and PayPal. A 25% deposit is required upon agreement to the contract terms.

We understand that emergencies can arise, and if you need to cancel your booking, we offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before your event or session date.

Typically, it takes about 2-3 weeks to deliver the final edited photos. However, we'll send you a sneak peek of a few images within days of the wedding. The full set of photos will be delivered digitally via a secure link for easy download.

Your final edited wedding video will be ready within 4 to 6 weeks after your event. However, we will send you a preview trailer within 2 to 3 weeks so you can relive some of the beautiful moments while you wait!

Once the full movie is complete, it will be shipped to you via express delivery on a USB stick. In addition, the video will be uploaded to our official YouTube channel, where you can watch it at any time and share it with your loved ones.
